Terms and Conditions JQK – Platform Usage Guidelines

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the jqk platform at jqk.bz, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all related policies including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

These Terms and Conditions take full effect from the date you first use the jqk platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.

• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Jqk account registration is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as stated on a valid government-issued identity document
• An active email address that you fully own and control
• An active and reachable mobile phone number
• A strong, unique password not used on any other platform
• Accurate date of birth for age verification

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. All activities that occur under your account are solely your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access to your account.

Jqk implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure platform security and compliance with relevant regulations. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid identification document when requested by the jqk team prior to your first withdrawal or at any time for security and compliance reasons.

Jqk supports a wide range of popular local payment methods for Malaysian players, making deposits and withdrawals fast and convenient. Available methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and ShopeePay.

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10.00 per transaction.
• Only payment methods registered under your own account name are accepted.
• Jqk does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third party will be returned after deducting the applicable processing fees.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account automatically within minutes after payment is successfully confirmed.

Withdrawal terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30.00 per request.
• Withdrawal requests that are complete and meet all requirements are processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your jqk account.
• Jqk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits as a standard security measure.
• Any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.

Jqk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. Each promotion is subject to specific conditions stated in the respective promotion terms. The general conditions applicable to all jqk bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x depending on the bonus type.
• One bonus per promotion: Each player is eligible to receive each type of bonus only once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Validity period: Unused bonuses that exceed their validity period will expire and be automatically removed from your account.
• Bonus abuse: jqk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation.

In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, jqk will endeavour to settle all affected bets fairly based on stored system records. Wins recorded by the jqk server prior to the disruption will be honoured in full.

• Use of malicious software or bots to play games
• Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other players

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the jqk customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances not subject to any restrictions will be returned to the player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jqk and its affiliated companies, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with the use of the jqk platform.

The jqk platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or entirely error-free.

Jqk is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions or internet connection failures on the player's end
• Third-party use of an account resulting from the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Valid game results based on an independently audited RNG system
• Force majeure events beyond jqk's control

Jqk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the jqk website, with the updated date recorded at the top of this document.
